Panel Discussion: The state of SAR tools & techniques

Open, analysis-ready SAR data for all

Norman Barker, VP Geospatial at TileDB, spoke on an informative panel titled, I said SAR. Huh? Good God y’all. What is it good for? Absolutely something, on September 29, 2:00 PM at SatSummit’s Central Hub. He explored SAR analytics with TileDB arrays that have been made publicly available from Capella Space as part of the AWS Open Data program, to unlock new experimentation opportunities for earth observation scientists. He also discussed how to create a multi-dimensional stack of SAR data and share how easy it is to query, process and visualize that data without any infrastructure overhead.

Efficiently scale earth observation data analysis

TileDB fulfills the vision of analysis-ready earth observation data and eliminates data silos. With specialized applications for geospatial imaging, TileDB builds on a universal database that adapts to store a wide range of SAR, hyperspectral and other geospatial data that can be analyzed and updated at unprecedented scale and low cost.

We were thrilled to sponsor and attend SatSummit 2022 and share innovative change detection techniques using high quality open-source SAR imagery.

Not attending? We’re flexible.

Our technical team can meet anytime. If you can’t make it to Washington, D.C., for the conference, we’d be happy to arrange a call. Submit the form above and we’ll be in touch soon. Thanks!
