You’ll hear from TileDB partner Dr. Stephen Kingsmore of Rady Children’s Institute for Genomic Medicine, along with TileDB CEO Stavros Papadopoulos. They’ll cover VCF data management challenges and the solution as applied in a new precision medicine initiative, scaling rapid whole-genome sequencing for newborns across a consortium of hospitals. Dr. Kingsmore will also share some recent spectacular performance benchmarks for the genomes analyzed as part of the initiative.
